Ahassan Ifzal Mughal has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Control & Instrumentation Engineering. He is a Professional Negotiator & Mediator, with a Certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons.) Degree and Barrister at Law (BL Hons.); he is called to the Nigerian Bar and enrolled as a Legal Practitioner / Barrister, Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He belongs to several distinguished national and international professional bodies.

He is the first expatriate of non-African origin in contemporary times to be called to the Nigerian Bar and enrolled as a Barrister, Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

He is a qualified Legal Practitioner/Consultant with in-depth knowledge of the Commonwealth/Nigerian legal practices & procedures and has diverse experience in providing legal advisory assistance to different corporate sectors while acting as a think-tank and strategist.
